Over 11,000 sq m. for e-commerce in Panattoni Park Szczecin

Pierce AB Company has leased more than 11, 000 sq m of modern space in Panattoni Park Szczecin. Nearly 10 200 sq m will be allocated to the warehouse and more than 800 sq m to the office. Consultancy firm JLL brokered the agreement.

Pierce AB is Sweden's largest operator of online sales of parts, motorcycle accessories and clothing. - As a leader in e-commerce industry, we know how important is the delivery time. Relocation of our distribution center in Szczecin will allow us to even more efficient service for customer shipments throughout Europe - says Obra, Country Manager Pierce AB. He added that a key aspect that influenced the selecting this location was its proximity to the Scandinavian markets and Western Europe.

- We were glad of working with Pierce AB, our cooperation run very successfully. We hope that completed warehouse project will contribute to strengthening the position of our client in the market and streamline its supply chain - says Michał Śniadała, Senior Consultant, JLL.

Panattoni Park Szczecin is a modern distribution center with a planned area of 35 500 sq m. in two buildings with the possibility of extension by another 35 000 sq m. Location in the center - right at the junction Szczecin Dąbie, just 1 km from the A6 motorway leading to Berlin and in close proximity to S3, and the immediate vicinity of the Special Economic Zone and the near distance from the train station, provide excellent logistics base and production for tenants.

Szczecin increasingly attracts tenants

- In Szczecin more and more modern facilities of A- class are built, that are now standard on what tenants counts - says Tomasz Olszewski, Regional Director, JLL. But this is only the beginning of a long list of strengths at this region.

- Szczecin from some time now marks its presence in the industrial market - previously treated in very local manner, conquers the market today. This is due to close proximity to Germany and our northern neighbors, the geographic potential of which is reinforced currently by functioning national network of modern roads. This is observed by tenants, and we as a developer respond to their needs - so the presence of Pierce AB in Panattoni Park Szczecin commented Robert Dobrzycki, Managing Partner of Panattoni Europe.
