Westwing Home & Living announced new tenant at Prologis Park Warsaw II

Westwing Home & Living, a leading e-commerce home&living market player, signed a lease contract for 3 200 sq m. of warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Warsaw II. The company shall officially move into the premises in Q3 2014. Lease terms have been secured by JLL Industrial consultants.

JYSK will occupy 10,504 sqm of warehouse space in the P3 Piotrków logistics park in central Poland.

Construction begins on Żabka’s warehouses


MLP Group has begun the construction of a logistics centre for Żabka. The 24,700 sqm facility, which is being built in the MLP Gliwice park, is due to be delivered in November 2017.

Dekofilm Polska leases 7,350 sqm at Panattoni Park Radzymin


Panattoni Europe has signed a lease with Dekofilm Polska – a manufacturer of heat-shrinkable and stretch films for food packaging. The terms of the contract were mediated by experts from JLL. The transaction is for 7,350 sqm (6,800 sqm of manufacturing and warehouse space and 550 sqm of office space) at the developer’s new project – Panattoni Park Radzymin. The tenant will move into its new location in April 2018.
