Panattoni Europe is developing 10,000 sqm of space for Infosys, with the possibility of expanding it by another 10,000 sqm. The space will be dedicated to e-commerce entities. The contract will be in force until July 2020.
Since mid-July, the Katowice Special Economic Zone has attracted four investment projects with a total value of more than PLN 250 million. New jobs will be created in Lubliniec, Radziechowy-Wieprz and Gliwice.
In 2018, Browar Pinta will set up its own facility, which will be constructed in the municipality of Radziechowy-Wieprz near Żywiec. The company announced that it had won the tender for the purchase of an investment plot owned by the Katowice Special Economic Zone.
Panattoni Europe is developing a BTS facility for Trio Line, a Danish manufacturer of luxury upholstered furniture. The production and warehousing facility with an area of more than 30,200 sqm will be built near Poznań. Its completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2017.
In the near future, MLP Group is going to start the construction of warehouses on plots near Gliwice and Wrocław that were purchased last year. “We should also launch a project in Łódź and another one in Czeladź in Silesia,” says Radosław T. Krochta, President of the Management Board of MLP Group.
Goodman, a global leading owner, developer, and manager of logistics real estate, has signed an agreement for the development of a 130,000 sqm logistics centre in Poland for Zalando, the leading online platform for fashion in Europe.
Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is to build a logistics centre for Carrefour Poland – a multi-format retailer. The BTS project will feature more than 38,000 sqm of space and will be built in Bydgoszcz. Ground was broken to symbolically commence construction on 11 August and delivery to the client is planned for February 2017.
Auto Partner will lease additional 11,500 sqm in MLP Bieruń. The company, which imports and distributes car parts, will also launch a distribution centre with a surface area of more than 7,000 sqm in MLP Pruszków II.
As many as 36 investment projects have been completed with the involvement of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. The total value of all the successfully finalised investment projects is more than €396 million.
Velvet Care, a Polish manufacturer of paper hygiene products, will spend PLN 160 million to expand its manufacturing plant in Klucze near Kraków. The investment will be made in the Kraków Special Economic Zone.
