Panattoni Europe is developing a BTS facility for Trio Line, a Danish manufacturer of luxury upholstered furniture. The production and warehousing facility with an area of more than 30,200 sqm will be built near Poznań. Its completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2017.
In the near future, MLP Group is going to start the construction of warehouses on plots near Gliwice and Wrocław that were purchased last year. “We should also launch a project in Łódź and another one in Czeladź in Silesia,” says Radosław T. Krochta, President of the Management Board of MLP Group.
Goodman, a global leading owner, developer, and manager of logistics real estate, has signed an agreement for the development of a 130,000 sqm logistics centre in Poland for Zalando, the leading online platform for fashion in Europe.
Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is to build a logistics centre for Carrefour Poland – a multi-format retailer. The BTS project will feature more than 38,000 sqm of space and will be built in Bydgoszcz. Ground was broken to symbolically commence construction on 11 August and delivery to the client is planned for February 2017.
Auto Partner will lease additional 11,500 sqm in MLP Bieruń. The company, which imports and distributes car parts, will also launch a distribution centre with a surface area of more than 7,000 sqm in MLP Pruszków II.
As many as 36 investment projects have been completed with the involvement of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. The total value of all the successfully finalised investment projects is more than €396 million.
Velvet Care, a Polish manufacturer of paper hygiene products, will spend PLN 160 million to expand its manufacturing plant in Klucze near Kraków. The investment will be made in the Kraków Special Economic Zone.
A new production and warehousing hall for Meblik will be constructed in Chojnice, Pomorskie Voivodeship, before May 2017. It will be built by Dekpol, a general contracting company. In total, a space of more than 8 thousand sqm will be constructed.

New distribution centre of Tesco company is being built at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań. The company will start operations in the BTS building comprising over 30 000 sq at the turn of September and October 2016. Deliveries to 140 retail outlets in northern and north-western regions of Poland will be completed from the new central warehouse.
Goodman Group has signed two lease agreements for a total of 7,800 sqm at the Pomeranian Logistics Centre (PLC), located adjacent to the Deepwater Container Terminal (DCT) in Gdańsk. With these new agreements, all available space (51,500 sqm) at PLC is now fully leased. In response to market demand, Goodman is also constructing 15,800 sqm of class-A warehousing at PLC, which will be delivered in the third quarter of 2016.
7R Logistic is in the process of preparing the ground for the construction of the Gdańsk-Kowale V Logistics Centre. The facility will have an area of more than 31,000 sqm. It will be the largest building constructed by the company in the park in Kowale.
