The industrial stock in the wider Warsaw area reached 2.85 million m2 in Q1 2015. Today the region offers 317,000 m2 of immediately available space translating into average vacancy rate of 11.1%. In Q1 tenants leased over 83,000 m2 of industrial space, of which 49,000 m2 were attributable to new deals and expansions. Headline rents remain stable and range between 2.7 and 3.6 €/ m2/ month in the Warsaw Suburbs and between 4.1 and 5.5 €/ m2/ month in the Warsaw Inner City zone.
