6 000 sqm of modern warehouse space was leased by Solid Logistics at ProLogis Park Poznań II. Solid Logistics is a provider of comprehensive export and import of logistic services with the use of all modes of transport on national and international routes.
Developer Goodman has set off the construction of a 14 000 sq m warehouse at its new project at Krakow. Throughout 1.5 year it is the first speculative building in central Europe and is 27% pre-let to Krakow-based company SCOT, a specialist in printing solutions. SCOT will be Goodman’s first customer at Krakow Airport Logistics Centre and has committed to pre-leasing a 3 500 sq m warehouse and 508 sq m of office space. The completion of the construction is scheduled for the second quarter of 2011.
Panattoni Europe, leading industrial developer on the Polish market, added to its portfolio of developments a new project – Panattoni Park Toruń. The project is located north east of Toruń in the Grębocin town and will comprise two buildings of the total industrial space 62 000 m?.
