To meet the requirements of our customers, Industrial Department of Jones Lang LaSalle extended the scope of the services provided with consulting in search for investment lands. Our offer is directed both to warehouse and industrial developers, as well as individual investors.
For investors planning to purchase investment lands we have a broad database of interesting real estate available on the market. Upon the customer's order we look for lands with specific parameters. We cooperate with local authorities and analyze the availability of plots also from the pool of state-owned lands. We have wide knowledge concerning available lands within Special Economic Zones in Poland, both public and private ones.
We are prepared for talks and negotiations with many land owners at the same time, as well as with owners of neighbouring plots, in order to integrate them into one real estate. We prepare for the customer one complete package for sale.
Experts specialized in land acquisition also prepare information on the intended use of lands, local development plans, available utilities, as well as geodetic and ownership documentation.
In cooperation with Projects Management Department of Jones Lang LaSalle, we can carry out more detailed due diligence (technical audit) of a plot in terms of the customer's requirements.
In cooperation with warehouse area rent department we look for lands for construction of BTS type facilities (built to suit). Selection of the plot is the key to success of such a rent transaction.
An indispensable element of our services is consulting in land prices, as well as negotiation of the lowest purchase prices on behalf of the customer.
