Castorama moves into 7R Park Łódź East I

Castorama, Poland's largest chain of Home Improvement stores, selling construction and finishing products online and in 90 brick and mortar stores across the country, has chosen a modern logistics facility at 7R Park Łódź East I. The total area that the tenant will occupy is more than 36,000 sqm. In the lease process Castorama was advised by JLL.

Panattoni has launched work on its 21st park in Lower Silesia. The developer has started the construction of Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South, which is to have an area of ​​18,000 sqm. The investment has already attracted its first tenant from the logistics sector, which will occupy more than 4,600 sqm. DSV Prime Cargo doubles its premises at Panattoni Park Goleniów

Panattoni is continuing to make a major contribution to bringing Szczecin closer to joining Poland’s so-called ‘Big Five’ warehousing markets. Auchan Retail Polska will launch another warehouse in the Upper Silesia region, with direct access to the Expressway S1, in GLP logistics center in Lędziny, one of the most modern investments of this type in Poland. The developer has already leased almost 85,000 sqm of the park to two tenants – 78,000 sqm of which will be used for e-commerce. Currently, 160,000 sqm is under construction, half of which will be ready in September this year. Campus Wrocław 39 will eventually offer 200,000 sqm and is to be BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified.

Panattoni to develop the production centre for dentistry and orthodontics

European industrial market leader Panattoni is opening the doors for a global provider of the technologically advanced orthodontic devices and dental prosthetics to the market of the EMEA region. The developer is now building the company’s first European production centre. The project to be built in Wrocław comprises an area of around 40,000 sqm and is scheduled to open in January 2022. As a result, up to 2,500 people will find employment. The factory is to be built following the principles of sustainable development and is to be certified under LEED for a rating of 'Gold'.
