SPAR to expand logistics centre to 20,000 sqm in MLP Czeladź

The food retailer SPAR will expand its logistics centre in Czeladź. The facility at MLP Czeladź will be placed in service later this year. Currently, SPAR occupies an area of 8,800 sqm used as a warehouse, cold and freezing rooms, office and staff amenity space. The SPAR logistics centre will be expanded by another 11,200 sqm, the vast majority of which will be used for warehousing, cold storage and freezing purposes. Additional facility will be dedicated to a modern office, which will be expanded by 250 sqm. This phase is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2022.

Castorama moves into 7R Park Łódź East I

Castorama, Poland's largest chain of Home Improvement stores, selling construction and finishing products online and in 90 brick and mortar stores across the country, has chosen a modern logistics facility at 7R Park Łódź East I. The total area that the tenant will occupy is more than 36,000 sqm. In the lease process Castorama was advised by JLL.

Panattoni has launched work on its 21st park in Lower Silesia. The developer has started the construction of Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South, which is to have an area of ​​18,000 sqm. The investment has already attracted its first tenant from the logistics sector, which will occupy more than 4,600 sqm. DSV Prime Cargo doubles its premises at Panattoni Park Goleniów

Panattoni is continuing to make a major contribution to bringing Szczecin closer to joining Poland’s so-called ‘Big Five’ warehousing markets. Auchan Retail Polska will launch another warehouse in the Upper Silesia region, with direct access to the Expressway S1, in GLP logistics center in Lędziny, one of the most modern investments of this type in Poland. This is the first stage of Auchan's logistic infrastructure transformation, which is in line with the new Supply Chain and Logistics strategy of the chain. 54,000 sqm of the modern warehouse and office space will be built to support the storage of food products, including fresh products requiring special conditions.

European industrial market leader Panattoni is launching Wrocław Campus 39, its largest project in Lower Silesia. The developer has already leased almost 85,000 sqm of the park to two tenants – 78,000 sqm of which will be used for e-commerce. Currently, 160,000 sqm is under construction, half of which will be ready in September this year. Campus Wrocław 39 will eventually offer 200,000 sqm and is to be BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified.
