Panattoni has developed a BTS manufacturing facility for Phoenix Contact E-Mobility in Rzeszów. The facility has been built on time thanks to the great support from local authorities of Rzeszów. Ultra-modern charging systems for electric vehicles will be manufactured and tested at the 15,000 sq. m facility, and the production plant will supply them to global companies and operators of the electro-mobility equipment & infrastructure. The products of Phoenix Contact E-Mobility include cutting edge High Power Charging devices, designed for rapid and safe charging of electric cars. The newly completed plant will also include research and development department for new products and technologies.

Panattoni strengthens its position in Wielkopolska – over 45,000 sqm to be built in Swarzędz near Poznań

Panattoni has announced another project in Wielkopolska. Panattoni Park Poznań East Gate is to be built on a 10 ha plot in the administrative district of Swarzędz near Poznań. This will be Panattoni’s first park to the east of Poznań. Construction work is starting in the second quarter of the year.

Panattoni buys land in Annopol, Warsaw, and develops another City Logistics park

Panattoni has bought an 8.2-hectare site in the Annopol neighbourhood of Warsaw to develop City Logistics Warsaw IV, featuring approx. 40,000 sqm. The facility’s attractive location, next to the S8 route, will ensure efficient domestic and international transport. There will also be a tram terminal in the direct vicinity of the building. City Logistics Warsaw IV is the sixth project of this formula in Warsaw.

Panattoni, the industrial real estate market leader in Europe, is completing the first stage of construction work on a distribution warehouse for OTCF S.A. The BTS centre in Czeladź is to eventually have an area of 67,000 sqm. The first stage of the construction work is to be completed in February 2021 and what will make the new warehouse stand out are all the different types of technology used to improve the sorting, picking and packing, and shipping of goods for all of OTCF’s sales channels.

Panattoni demolishes former factory buildings to make way for new City parks

Panattoni is bringing new life to former industrial land. Through brownfield developments, the developer is entering into the circular economy, a move which is fully in line with its Go Earthwise with Panattoni policy of environmentally sustainable development. In this type of development, up to 90% of waste is recycled. The latest building to be demolished is the cement plant in Nowa Huta, where City Logistics Kraków I Is to be built with an area of 36,500 sqm. Additionally, a park is to be built in the centre of Konin on the site of a former grain elevator. Brownfield developments now comprise over 10% of all of Panattoni's projects and this proportion is very quickly rising.

South Korean company to select Panattoni warehouse in Wrocław

Panattoni Park Opole gains a new logistics tenant - PIOMAR

Panattoni has been developing the first distribution centre in the Opole area, thus confirming the potential of the city and its region – Panattoni Park Opole. Logistics and goods transportation company Piomar has just moved into the centre, occupying almost 5,000 sqm of warehouse space. Panattoni, the European industrial real estate market leader, is to build a warehouse and production centre for OneDayMore in Poznań. The producer of muesli, porridge and other similar food products and snacks will occupy more than 8,600 sqm in the new urban logistics park in Poznań, where It intends to start a new production line – vegetable-based meat substitutes. The facility is to come into use in the third quarter of 2021. City Logistics Poznan I will eventually consist of two halls with a total area of 32,200 sqm.

American giant to remain in Katowice

Rockwell Automation, a global manufacturer and supplier of industrial automation and IT solutions, has extended its lease of warehouse and office space in Katowice. Panattoni tes with ratings of 'Very Good' for its latest buildings. Each has passed a multi-criteria assessment of their impact on the environment. The buildings come from four separate projects: Panattoni Park Gorzów Wielkopolski, Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub, Panattoni BTS Amazon Łódź and Panattoni Warsaw Janki South. In this year alone, Panattoni has already been awarded certificates with ratings of 'Very Good' for over 520,400 sqm of space.

Poland is second most active industrial market in Europe

The third quarter in Poland’s industrial sector saw a fairly positive sentiment among tenants and developers. At the end of September, the country was the second most active market in Europe in terms of net demand and the amount of space delivered. Warehouse investment in Poland was approximately EUR 2.2 billion between January and November, setting an all-time annual record.

Panattoni, the leading industrial developer in Europe, is developing another modern and ecologically sustainable cross-docking terminal for DB Schenker. The 6,000 sqm centre is to be built within the Rzeszów-Dworzysko Science and Technology Park. It will be equipped with a range of solutions to protect the environment as well as intelligent systems to optimise logistic operations. The developer is to hand the centre over in January 2021 and the development has already been accredited as an innovative centre by the Rzeszów Regional Development Agency.

Panattoni latest investment: almost 54,000 sqm in Nadarzyn near Warsaw

Panattoni has announced its latest investment along the S8 route (Białystok–Warsaw–Wrocław) in the Warsaw region. This time the developer has purchased a 12.56 ha plot close to Nadarzyn for Panattoni Park Warsaw South, which will have an area of almost 54,000 sqm. Building permit in place and construction work on the complex is to start in January 2021.

City Logistics Kraków I has a new tenant – InPost takes up over 9,000 sqm

Panattoni is building a logistics centre for InPost in the Małopolska region. The well-known logistics operator will occupy over 9,000 sqm within a new city logistics park in Kraków. The complex is to be ready in September 2021 and will eventually be made up of two halls with a combined area of 36,500 sqm.
