26,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz

Panattoni Europe reported on the development of Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz. The investment project, which has already found its tenants, will occupy an area of 26,000 sqm. One of the tenants is OPONEO.PL, which leased 12,000 sqm with the involvement of the advisory company JLL. 3,000 sqm of space was leased by ROHLIG SUUS Logistics.

Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz is partially located on the former site of the ZACHEM chemical plant, adjacent to the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park. A 16,000 sqm facility was completed in April, with another 10,000 sqm still in construction.

Tenants who have already leased space in the park include: the leader of online tire sales in Poland OPONEO.PL, which is going to occupy 12,000 sqm thanks to the involvement of JLL, and ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, which decided to expand its contract logistics facilities by leasing approx. 3,000 sqm in Bydgoszcz.

Bydgoszcz is one of the largest cities in Poland. It ranks among the ten most populous cities in the country and has seen increasing levels of economic activity and entrepreneurship. Thanks to the presence of major foreign and domestic investors, as well as numerous infrastructure investments and the thriving Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, the region has become increasingly attractive when it comes to industrial facilities for production and warehousing,” says Robert Dobrzycki, Chief Executive Officer Europe at Panattoni Europe.
