7 500 sqm. in Panattoni Park Lublin for Spiżarnia

Almost 7 500 sqm. in Panattoni Park Lublin was leased by Spiżarnia, which distributes Polish food products to the UK and Irish market. JLL advised in the transaction. Warehouse space of 6 800 sqm. and 570 sqm of office space will serve Spiżarnia as the central logistics warehouse. It will also serve as representative headquarters.

- Spiżarnia wanted to move out of the B-class building to a modern facility and lease a larger space of higher standard, fully adapted to the specific nature of the business - says Mateusz Iłowiecki, Senior Consultant in the Industrial Department JLL. 

According to JLL expert the lease agreement in Panattoni Park Lublin built on a speculative basis is also a very positive signal to the market of Lublin, which has recently attracted the attention of both tenants and developers.

Answear.com wants to grow with 7R and bets on a large warehouse


WearCo Sp. z o.o., the owner of Answear.com will rent a warehouse with a usable floor area of approximately 41 000 square meters, which is being developed as part of the 7R Park Kraków investment. The building adapted to the needs of e-commerce logistics will be put into use in the second half of this year.

LPP grows in Stryków


LPP has decided to expand its distribution center in the logistics park in Stryków.
