The Carlsberg Group is known as one of the leading producers of high-quality beer on the Polish market. It offers brands such as Carlsberg, Harnaś, Okocim, Kasztelan, Karmi, and Somersby. One of the company's operations, Carlsberg Supply Company Poland S.A., has signed a lease extension for nearly 15,000 sq. m at Park Szczecin Trzebusz.
"The implementation of the project required us to make a detailed analysis of the needs and previous activities of Carlsberg Supply Company Poland S.A.. Responding to the company's development strategy, we proposed to stay at our current location. Because of the location’s close proximity to major transportation routes, Park Szczecin Trzebusz provides the possibility of efficient transport of goods, guaranteeing smooth delivery operations. The favourable lease terms which were ensured thanks to mutual trust and a long-standing relationship between the two entities also proved to be of paramount importance,"- says Klaudia Dąbroś, Senior Consultant in the Warehouse Leasing Department., JLL.
"The choice of warehouse space is a strategically important decision for Carlsberg Supply Company Poland, which directly affects the form and quality of the company’s operations. The renewal of the lease agreement at Park Szczecin Trzebusz guarantees us great efficiency in transportation both from tier 1 suppliers and to delivery locations. We hope that the continuation of our cooperation will allow us to continue our growth and expand even further,”- says Marcin Będlin, Warehouse & H&S Manager w Carlsberg Polska.
