The warehouse in Ożarów Mazowiecki will be dedicated to a specific customer from the pharmaceutical industry. The main reason behind the customer’s decision to lease this space was the centre’s technical specification, which fully meets the customer’s conditions for opening a pharmaceutical wholesale warehouse. Moreover, the well-developed road infrastructure around Ożarów Logistics Center II, also played an important part in our decision," explains Wojciech Cipiur, President of the Management Board at DSV Solutions.

Ożarów Logistics Center II consists of two buildings totalling 29,000 sqm of space. It is located 7.3 km from the A2 freeway and provides excellent access to the Konotopa A2 junction. Furthermore, proximity to S8 and S2 expressways- the Warsaw ring road - means the facility has excellent connections with the capital city and other parts of the country. In addition, the Ożarów intermodal terminal is only 8.6 km away. This center of logistics operations and light production is located within a Special Economic Zone and attracts both large international tenants and smaller manufacturing companies. CBRE is responsible for the commercialisation and property management.
