First stage of Goodman Poznań Airport Logistics Centre fully leased

Goodman Group, a leading global owner, developer and manager of industrial property, has signed two lease agreements for a total of 12,000 sqm at Poznań Airport Logistics Centre. The new customers are Victaulic, world leader in mechanical pipe joining systems, and an exporter of food products. With these new agreements, the first warehouse at Goodman’s Poznań Airport Logistics Centre, totalling 16,500 sqm, is now 100% leased.

Victaulic has leased 4,200 sqm of warehouse space and 500 sqm of office space at the logistics centre. The facility will be used for the warehousing and distribution of couplings, fittings and valves, manufactured at Victaulic’s foundry in Drezdenko.

“The products manufactured in Poland are delivered mainly to European customers, but also distributed around the world to supplement products made at other Victaulic foundries. In order to ensure effective logistics for our production, we needed a modern facility at a prime location. Goodman Poznań Airport Logistics Centre provided the perfect solution,” said Pascal Fiers, Operations Manager at Victaulic.

The second new customer at the logistics centre is a company specialising in the distribution of food products to foreign markets. It has leased 6,800 sqm of warehouse space and 500 sqm of office space.

Burgeoning logistics location

Goodman Poznań Airport Logistics Centre, with a target lease area of 52,000 sqm, is located in close vicinity to Ławica Airport, with a direct connection to the A2 motorway via the S11 expressway connecting Poznań with Germany, Central Poland and Warsaw.

Panattoni Europe builds 73,000 sqm of space in Tychy


Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, again reaches for the opportunities offered by Silesia. This time, the developer has embarked on the construction of Panattoni Park Silesia South in Bieruń, 7 km from the centre of Tychy. The project will total 73,000 sqm, and its first tenant is Havi Logistics, poised to take up 13,000 sqm. The 35,000 sqm to be delivered in phase one of the project will be available already in the coming October. HAVI was advised in the deal by JLL.

7R City Flex Szczecin and 7R City Flex Gdańsk Airport fully leased


Two developer projects in the north of the country, belonging to the pioneer concept of the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics network - 7R City Flex Szczecin and 7R City Flex Gdańsk Airport have been fully leased.

Segro has extended the agreement with Farutex


Segro has extended its lease agreement for 5 500 square meters for another six years and has signed an agreement for an additional 700 square meters with Farutex. The warehouse and offices of this food distributor for the HoReCa segment are located in Segro Business Park Warsaw, Żerań.

BIK will build for Dachser


Dachser has ordered over 15 500 square meters of modern space in the new logistics center BIK Park Wrocław I. Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych intends to launch the investment in Kąty Wrocławskie in June this year. The delivery of the finished facility to the Dachser company is planned at the beginning of next year.
