7R moves out to conquer Warsaw

7R starts with an investment in Warsaw. In one of the largest logistics markets in Poland, the investor will build 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I.


The first investment on the Warsaw's warehouse map is under the concept of the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistic warehousing urban network. The Small Business Unit will be built next to the S2 expressway, in proximity of Chopin Airport in Warsaw, five minutes on foot from the station of the Fast Urban Railway.

Thanks to its unique location, a complex of three modern class A buildings with a total area of ​​13.900 square meters forming 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I will be a perfect place for development for companies from various industries.

- The facility will be located 500 meters from the Warsaw-Okęcie tram terminal, which is part of the Park & ​​Ride complex and in the vicinity of the shopping center. The excellent location, just 7 kilometers from the center of Warsaw, it will allow tenants to distribute goods faster and customers to receive products on site. This is a response to growing consumer expectations in the era of e-commerce and the challenges associated with last mile logistics - says Bartłomiej Krawiecki, a member of the board of 7R SA.

7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I will be a comfortable and safe place to work. Three buildings, with a total area of ​​5.600 square meters, 4.900 square meters and 3.400 square meters have been designed in accordance with the BREEAM certificate. High-quality energy-saving solutions such as LED lighting will be used in them, and additional roof lights will also be found in the rest area. The high standard of fire protection of buildings guarantees the highest class fire resistance, which will amount to over 4000 MJ/square meters.
