Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial real estate market, is to build another facility for DSV Solutions. The 25,000-square-metre logistics centre will be erected in Pęcice, as part of Panattoni Park Janki II.
Poland is rapidly becoming an automotive industry hub in which Goodman will develop a 27,500 sqm warehouse for Valeo Autosystemy, a subsidiary of the French automotive group Valeo. Goodman’s second development project for Valeo will be located adjacent to its plant in Skawina, near Kraków, Poland capitalizing on the area’s well-developed road infrastructure.
First shipments from the new logistics centre of Sanden Manufacturing Poland are expected to be sent in March. The facility with a surface area of approx. 6,500 square metres was constructed next to an existing manufacturing plant as a BTS development.
Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is developing a fifth logistics centre for Amazon. The new facility featuring 135,000 sqm is being built in Sosnowiec in the region of Upper Silesia. Completion of the project is planned for October 2017.
Langowski Shipping, a Polish company operating in the transport, shipping and logistics industries, has signed a lease agreement for 3,500 sq m of space in Pomeranian Logistics Centre in Gdańsk, developed by Goodman. Experts from JLL represented Langowski Shipping during the process of selecting new warehouse location and negotiation of lease terms.
Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, will build another BTS facility for H&M, one of the world’s leading fashion companies. The distribution centre spanning over 30,000 sqm will be built in Grodzisk Mazowiecki – construction works are set to start in February 2017.
As soon as in January, the logistics company Schnug Polska will begin occupying warehouse space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The company has signed a contract to lease nearly 1500 square metres of space.
The Segro Park near Warsaw has a new client – Sanpol, which has set up an 8300 sqm logistics centre there. In total, the existing building has been expanded by almost 15,000 square metres. The other part of the building has been developed on a speculative basis. Sanpol will start its operations in the new facility in January 2017.
The Ministry for Regional Development reports that Lufthansa and GE will invest EUR 250 million in Środa Śląska. A facility providing maintenance and repair services for aircraft engines will be constructed there. The investment will be situated in the Legnica Special Economic Zone.
