City Logistics Kraków Airport. This is where InPost’s Paczkomat® parcel lockers are to be produced

Panattoni is to provide space for the production of Paczkomat® parcel lockers for InPost and is also to construct an R&D centre for the company. The Paczkomat® factory is being built as part of the newly established City Logistics Kraków Airport park. It will take up 7,230 sqm and will be fitted with solar panels. Panattoni’s 12,500 sqm city park in Małopolska is being built as one of the developer’s strategic investments and it will include small business units to meet the growing demand for industrial space around Kraków. The new park is to be next to the Balice II junction on the A4 motorway and is to open this year in the summer. The entire development is to be submitted for BREEAM certification and should meet the standards required for a rating of ’Very Good’.

Panattoni invests in Western Pomerania – 172,000 sqm to be built in Stargard

Panattoni, is building another logistics centre in Western Pomerania - Panattoni Park Stargard. The development will comprise three warehouse buildings with a combined area of 172,000 sqm. The main advantage of the project will be its location just next to a transport corridor from Scandinavia to the north and a direct road to Berlin. The construction work is scheduled to start this year.

Panattoni to focus on green energy and achieving carbon neutrality by 2025

Panattoni has developed a BTS manufacturing facility for Phoenix Contact E-Mobility in Rzeszów. The facility has been built on time thanks to the great support from local authorities of Rzeszów. Ultra-modern charging systems for electric vehicles will be manufactured and tested at the 15,000 sq. m facility, and the production plant will supply them to global companies and operators of the electro-mobility equipment & infrastructure. The products of Phoenix Contact E-Mobility include cutting edge High Power Charging devices, designed for rapid and safe charging of electric cars. The newly completed plant will also include research and development department for new products and technologies.

Panattoni strengthens its position in Wielkopolska – over 45,000 sqm to be built in Swarzędz near Poznań

Panattoni has announced another project in Wielkopolska. Panattoni Park Poznań East Gate is to be built on a 10 ha plot in the administrative district of Swarzędz near Poznań. Panattoni has bought an 8.2-hectare site in the Annopol neighbourhood of Warsaw to develop City Logistics Warsaw IV, featuring approx. 40,000 sqm. Panattoni demolishes former factory buildings to make way for new City parks

Through brownfield developments, the developer is entering into the circular economy, a move which is fully in line with its Go Earthwise with Panattoni policy of environmentally sustainable development. In this type of development, up to 90% of waste is recycled. The latest building to be demolished is the cement plant in Nowa Huta, where City Logistics Kraków I Is to be built with an area of 36,500 sqm. The producer of muesli, porridge and other similar food products and snacks will occupy more than 8,600 sqm in the new urban logistics park in Poznań, where It intends to start a new production line – vegetable-based meat substitutes. Panattoni tes with ratings of 'Very Good' for its latest buildings. Each has passed a multi-criteria assessment of their impact on the environment. The buildings come from four separate projects: Panattoni Park Gorzów Wielkopolski, Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub, Panattoni BTS Amazon Łódź and Panattoni Warsaw Janki South. In this year alone, Panattoni has already been awarded certificates with ratings of 'Very Good' for over 520,400 sqm of space.

Panattoni to develop another green cross-dock centre for DB Schenker

Panattoni, the leading industrial developer in Europe, is developing another modern and ecologically sustainable cross-docking terminal for DB Schenker. The 6,000 sqm centre is to be built within the Rzeszów-Dworzysko Science and Technology Park. Panattoni developing 1.5 million sqm across Europe in Q3

Panattoni had a busy third quarter, marked by the development of e-commerce and manufacturing space. At the end of September, the company had 1.5 mln sqm of warehouse space under construction across Europe. Panattoni also started the construction of a distribution centre for Amazon in Schortens (Germany), as well as of the Wakefield 515 speculative project in Yorkshire (UK). Already the developer has 176,000 sqm of industrial space at its disposal in the village of Janki and it has just announced the creation of more. The company has purchased a further 3.14 ha next to the S8 - one of the most important expressway roads in Poland (Wrocław – Białystok). Panattoni has started construction work on a factory for Danfoss Poland in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The development with an area of 12,000 sqm will be equipped with several ecologically friendly systems that will make the building highly energy-efficient and also improve the conditions for the workforce of around 400 people. The building is scheduled to be completed in November 2021.
