Electrolux has been leasing space at MLP Pruszków I since 2003. Year by year its requirements have been growing, reaching over 17 500m². This year the company has taken up more space – about 4 800 m², giving a total of about 22 300m².

DERMIKA leases more than 1 900 sq m of warehouse space at MLP Pruszków I. On the space will be production together with warehouse area. The production is planned to start this August. In the park in Pruszków laboratory will come out, where DERMIKA will prepare new products.

Millenium Logistic Parks Group has signed new contracts for the lease of production area at MLP Tychy in Upper Silesia. Before the end of the year 2008 circa 20 000 sq m will be constructed. More than 11 000 sq m will go to Magenti Marelli, and about 6 000 sq m has been leased by Stora Enso Polska.

Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A. has signed contracts with another companies for warehouse space which has been provided lately in I Phase of Silesian Logistic Center (22 000 m2). Larger space was delivered to the Calamus Rotan Sp. z o.o. from Cracow taking almost 8700 m2. During the next 5 years company will stock high quality furniture – very popular in whole Poland.
