Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, earns three new BREEAM Very Good certificates. City Logistics Łódź I, Panattoni Park Opole and Panattoni Park Pruszków III successfully completed the multi-criteria environmental assessment process. In H1 2020 alone, Very Good certificates have been awarded to projects totalling 150,000 sqm.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed the development of Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II. The 36,500-square-metre project was built within the city limits, in an investment area of Bydgoszcz.

Panattoni has introduced a new façade standard at its parks. The new façade features predominantly aluminium and glass, with a new colour scheme and larger green areas. The innovative makeover is part of the company’s sustainable development approach, which includes reducing CO2 emissions, employee well-being, environmental stewardship, as well as BREEAM certification of newly built facilities with a VERY GOOD rating.

Panattoni with another project for DSV Solutions. The logistics operator will take up close to 12,000 sqm at A2 Warsaw Park – the largest warehousing/manufacturing complex in the Warsaw region. The tenant will move into the building next November, after being given early access in July. DSV Solutions will use the leased space to conduct logistics operations for the fashion industry.

Panattoni will build a dedicated facility for Weber, US manufacturer of grills and accessories. The 50,000-square-metre BTS (built-to-suit) facility will be developed in Zabrze, and the tenant will move in in August 2021.

Panattoni expands in Tricity. The developer has embarked on a new project, Panattoni Park Tricity East III, totalling close to 33,000 sqm. The park will be completed in a single phase and has already found tenants for more than 26,000 sqm. They are logistics operators: Greenyard Logistics Poland, providing services to the FMCG sector, which will take up close to 12,000 sqm, and Omega Pilzno, specialising in comprehensive supply chain services, with a lease of 14,500 sqm. Project commissioning is anticipated in Q1 2021.

Panattoni has bought 14.8- hectares of land in Central Poland to build Panattoni Park Stryków IV. The project, which will feature 74,000 sqm at full build-out, will be developed at the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways. Construction kick-off is planned for Q3 2020.

Panattoni has leased approx. 7,300 sqm to DSV Road at City Logistics Łódź II. The high-tech facility will be handed over to the tenant in the coming June. To date, the developer has completed 10+ projects for the DSV Group, developing approx. 170,000 sqm of space in total in Poland and the Czech Republic.

Panattoni increases its presence in Upper Silesia. The developer has just bought land in Czeladź, the location of many previous projects by Panattoni. Construction works on the next distribution centre – the 36,500-square-metre Panattoni Park Czeladź V will commence during this quarter.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has started the implementation of two sorting plants for DPD Polska. They will be built as part of Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport and Panattoni Park Poznań X, each of which will have an area of approximately 3,600 sqm. The tenant will start operating in spring 2021.

7R, a Polish developer of modern warehouse space, will make its debut on the Lublin market. The planned investment – 7R Park Lublin – will be a complex of modern warehouse facilities located in the industrial part of the city.

Panattoni launches Warmia and Mazury. The developer is building the first modern multitenant distribution centre in the region. Panattoni Park Olsztyn, featuring in excess of 36,000 sqm, will be delivered in the Stawiguda commune, in the immediate vicinity of the Olsztyn Południe junction, connecting S51 with S16, approx. 20 km from the S7 route.

Panattoni earns another BREEAM International New Construction certification with a Very Good rating. The new endorsement was awarded to the developer’s 60,000-square-metre project for Amazon in Okmiany near Bolesławiec.

Panattoni looks back on Q1 2020. The developer signed leases for more than 425,000 sqm, of which 207,000 sqm were taken up in March alone. There were 1,051,777 sqm under development, and since the beginning of its European operations Panattoni has delivered 10 million square metres, with 7.6 million of that in Poland.

Panattoni is extending a production plant making specialised telecommunications systems at Panattoni Park Szczecin I. Next to the existing 32,000 sqm, the developer will build a further 24,000 sqm. As a result, this June the logistics and industrial complex will be 80 per cent completed, and by year-end Panattoni intends to embark on the construction of the final 42,000-square-metre phase of the park, completing the entire project planned to total 220,700 sqm.

Panattoni has leased approx. 13,400 sqm to VS Transport at Panattoni Park Wrocław VII. The tenant will be moving into the complex this April, and the developer is announcing the construction of a further 38,000 sqm at the same location.

Panattoni has leased out 35,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Gliwice III. As a result, another Panattoni distribution centre is now fully commercialised. The tenant will move into the park before the end of April and will use it for e-commerce order fulfilment.

Panattoni will deliver another project for K-FLEX, a leading manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation materials. Next to the company’s existing factory near Uniejów, the developer will build a 9,300-square-metre warehouse facility. The investment will commence in mid-2020.

Panattoni invests again in the Warsaw area. The planned Panattoni A2 East Warsaw Park will total 80,000 sqm of space. One of the first tenants – a well-known logistics operator – set to move in as soon as Q3 2020.

7R and Hillwood have finalized a joint venture sale of a warehouse facility to a fund managed by GLL Real Estate Partners. The warehouse building is a build-to-suit (BTS) project for a leading European e-commerce platform. Last year, 7R and another fund managed by GLL Real Estate Partners concluded a larger warehouse portfolio transaction in the Central and Eastern Europe region.

Panattoni has started building a distribution center for a manufacturer of sportswear and accessories. The BTS facility with an area of over 67 000 sqm is under construction in Czeladź - completion of phase one is planned for H1 2021.
