A BTS facility for Agata has been completed

Prologis has finished the construction of a BTS facility for the company Agata in Prologis Park Piotrków II. The surface area of the building is 42,170 sqm.

The A-class building utilises sustainable solutions, such as energy-saving LED lighting on beams, which provides the client with significant flexibility when it comes to the layout of the building. The developer has also installed a state-of-the-art remote meter reading system, which facilitates the monitoring and analysis of energy use, allowing the client to optimise the use of the facility and reduce its operation costs.

“The building, designed and developed in accordance with our guidelines, will be used as a central warehouse,” says Grzegorz Ćwik, Vice President, Agata. “We are very happy with the above-standard fire safety solutions suggested by the Prologis team. This helps us ensure proper protection of the stored products,” he adds.

Prologis Park Piotrków II is a logistics centre comprising two warehouse buildings with a total surface area of 59,700 sqm. It is located in the suburbs of Piotrków Trybunalski, just 40 kilometres from the capital of the region — the city of Łódź. The park is located directly at the junction of two main transport corridors: the A1/E75 motorway, connecting northern and southern Poland, and the expressway no. 8/E67 connecting Prague, the Silesian Agglomeration, Warsaw, Białystok and Vilnius.
