A Korean company in Kobierzyce near Wrocław

One of the largest electric car battery factories in the world will be set up in Kobierzyce near Wrocław – Radio Wrocław reports.

The factory will be constructed in the Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone. LG Chem Energy’s factory is supposed to start operating in 2018. The Koreans intend to manufacture almost 230,000 batteries each year. The investment project is worth several hundred million euro.

Areas around Wrocław attract investors and distribution companies operating in the Eastern European markets. The dynamic growth of local road infrastructure, convenient geographical location and a strong base generate constant demand for logistics and warehouse facilities for rent in Lower Silesia.
