The total area of the building will reach over 110,000 m2, and the use of modern technologies will reduce the carbon footprint. Green solutions planned e.g.: photovoltaic panels, heat pumps and electric car charging stations.

In the second half of August, construction began on a distribution centre in Gorzów Wielkopolski for a German investor from the transport and logistics sector. The new facility is expected to improve services for the ever-growing e-commerce market.
