BIK Park Wrocław leased before completion

The favourable location of BIK Park Wrocław near the exit from the A4 motorway ensures efficient communication with the Polish and German markets. The new space is being built to the high standards of BREEAM certification and will be delivered later in the third quarter of 2022. 

Increased interest in the facility, allowed the leasing of the entire space to be contracted even before the completion of construction. Contractors included three companies from the logistics industry, e-commerce and an electronics service.

This is the second facility within BIK Park Wrocław. The first warehouse was built in 2020 and has also been fully leased.
