German investor buys BTS facility from Panattoni

The facility sold comprises as much as 87,000 m2 of space, in which a number of modern cost-saving solutions were applied. Among them were: comprehensive metering, reduction of water consumption or metering of utilities by installation. 

The investment is located in Starogard, which ensures fast and efficient communication with European countries. The A6 motorway passing nearby allows easy access to Germany and the Czech Republic, while the E28 road provides a comfortable connection with Eastern European countries. 

The location in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship also offers the possibility of transport by sea, thanks to the nearby port of Szczecin-Świnoujście, and by air, thanks to efficient access to the airport of Szczecin-Goleniów.
