HiKOKI company (former Hitachi) has extended the lease of the warehouse and office space in Ursus Logistics Center. The Japanese technology group occupies in this investment an area exceeding a total of 2.300 square meters.

Koki Holding is one of the world's largest manufacturers of electrical appliances. Since 1948, it has been designing and developing products equipped with the most pioneering Japanese technologies (the company has approximately 2.500.000 patents). The company employs over 320.000 employees globally.

The Ursus Logistics Center is a class A warehouse and office building that offers a total of 11.500 square meters of area. The park's location enables good access to one of the most important thoroughfares of the city - Aleje Jerozolimskie Street, as well as to the A2 expressway (Warsaw - Poznań). There is also the S8 expressway nearby, also known as "Trasa Toruńska" (Wrocław - Warsaw - Białystok). The owner of the Ursus Logistics Center is Orpol Group Sp. z o.o.
