This is already the third stage of the logistics and industrial facility located at Słowikowskiego Street, which will include two halls offering office and warehouse space. Their total area is 9,000 m2. Both buildings will be delivered in the first quarter of 2023, and negotiations for the lease of the last vacant space are already coming to an end.
Ideal Idea also announces the construction of the fourth phase. The planned development will reach 9,000 m2 and is expected to be completed at the end of 2023.
