JLL was named the Adviser of the Year in the Prime Property Prize 2017 contest. The sixth edition of the contest involved choosing the best investment projects, companies and personalities who had the largest impact on the Polish commercial property market last year.

“I am very proud, as we have been prioritising professionalism and ethics for years. I am glad that our efforts have been appreciated,” said Tomasz Trzósło, Managing Director, JLL, during the reception.

The prize is awarded to advisory agencies in the Polish commercial property market. The agencies are rewarded for their activity in the industry between September 2016 and September 2017, especially in leasing commercial space, selling property and handling investments, as well as for their contribution to the growth of the industry, service innovation and consistency in implementing particular strategies.

JLL has been operating in Poland for 22 years. The past year was a time of great change and rapid growth. The company advised on the largest transactions and participated in the commercialisation of the most spectacular projects of the year. It has significantly increased its staff count, extended the scope of provided services and moved to a new, bigger office in the Warsaw Spire.

Some of the largest leases involving JLL experts signed on the warehouse market last year include transactions for Castorama (100,000 square metres), Kaufland (45,000 sqm), H&M (35,000 sqm) and DSV (35,000 sqm). Las year, JLL’s Industrial advisers have started using a mobile application in their work. It is the only such application in Poland, supporting the advisers’ work in customer relations. Many of the solutions implemented in the application are one-of-a-kind. The company has also introduced a new version of the warehousefinder.pl portal.
