This Norwegian holding company has opened its third plant in Poland, which is responsible for the production of car seat heating systems for many prestigious brands.

A facility with a total area of 17,600 sqm was erected on a 6 ha plot of land located in the Brest Economic Zone. The contractor for the investment was Panattoni Europe, known for its similar projects.

- The involvement of such a serious Investor is proof that the actions taken by the local government authorities bring results, - says Tomasz Chymkowski, Head of the Civil Affairs and Promotion Department at the Commune Office in Brześć Kujawski.

- Brest Commune is constantly striving to build the image of a place with possibilities, a place that is able to develop. Commitment and openness to cooperation, combined with a pro-investor-oriented approach and quick actions bring specific results. The Brest Economic Zone affects the development of the region and the competitiveness of the voivodeship, but first of all it brings new opportunities for the commune. Despite partial reliefs, tax revenues are already visible and offer opportunities for new infrastructural, social, cultural and sports investments in the commune. Further economic entities guarantee that this year's budget revenues will increase several times in the nearest future - adds Chymkowski.
