Panattoni has leased 12,115 sqm, of which 12,049 sqm is warehousing space, to Terg, the owner of the Media Expert chain of electronic goods stores. From September 1st this year, the company will use the space at Panattoni Business Center Łódź III to store home electronics and household appliances destined for shops and customers across Poland. The building will act as a buffer storage facility for Media Expert’s main distribution centre in the Central European Logistics Hub, which was delivered by Panattoni in 2019. At that time, the company took up as much as 73,300 sqm to consolidate its operations.

“Looking to the future and our further development, we have to continue to improve our infrastructure and logistics operations. We want to minimise delivery times and ensure their reliability – both when it comes to online orders and for each of the almost 500 Media Expert stores throughout Poland. Our presence at Panattoni Business Center Łódź III represents the latest stage in the implementation of this programme,” explains Media Expert spokesperson Michał Mystkowski.

According to Kamil Kwiatkowski, Senior Leasing Manager of Panattoni: “We are pleased with the extension of our cooperation with Terg for two reasons. First of all, it confirms that the central warehouse that we delivered has passed the test and that the company wants to grow further in our facilities. Secondly, Panattoni Business Center Łódź III has now become our latest fully leased facility, confirming that Łódź, where we have been operating for many years, is still a very attractive location.”
