MLP Group has completed the process of commercialization of the logistics park in Lublin. Currently, warehouse halls with an area of 17.8 thousand sqm are in preparation and under construction. The final expansion of the park will be completed in the second quarter of 2019.
The construction of the MLP Lublin logistics centre started in 2014. The first tenant was ABM Greiffenberger Polska, a company specializing in the production of engine and drive systems. At that time that company leased nearly 10,000 sqm to increase it to over 16,000 sqm after two years. Another entity was Stokrotka, which is a retail part of Emperia Capital Group. Initially, the company leased approx. 6,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, also gradually increasing the leased space to approx. 23,200 sqm. Recently, Turck, a global partner in the field of industrial automation solutions, has joined the group of tenants, occupying 6.5 thousand sqm.
- MLP Lublin is our first park that we decided to build on the local market, outside the most popular warehouse regions of the country. Full commercialization of the facility confirms that this kind of projects are needed and sought for by tenants. MLP Lublin is being developed on a plot of 10 ha for warehouse space and light production. The total leasable area amounts to approx. 45,000 sqm.
