The town of Dębieńsk (Silesian voivodeship) will soon become another spot on the warehousing map, thanks to a land transaction of more than 22 ha.
The attractiveness of the location is based on its proximity to the A1 motorway and the Sośnica junction, which ensures easy distribution of goods within the country and to the Czech Republic and Germany.
The purchased land will be used for the construction of big-box warehouses, whose total area will exceed 110,000 sqm. Each of the planned facilities will be adapted to the requirements of the BREEAM certificate at the "Excellent" level.
