The manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation materials has decided to expand its corporate campus by 33,000 m2. The investment is being built in cooperation with developer Panattoni and is scheduled for completion in Q1 2023.
The new building will house a logistics centre serving the entire campus. The design of the facility envisages the implementation of a number of solutions to guarantee a BREEAM certificate at Excellent level.
Extensive green areas, tree planting and employee amenities such as covered bicycle shelters and car-sharing bays will be created around the warehouse. The development plans also include the construction of a fire reservoir with pumping station and a new road layout.
