Developer Panattoni has completed the construction of a BTS facility for Corning Incorporated in Mszczonów near Warsaw.
The factory has 20,000 sqm and was built to standards allowing the safe production of low-loss optical fibers.
The investment was established in Mszczonów due to its proximity to Warsaw, which offers access to qualified personnel. An additional advantage of the location is the proximity of the A2 motorway, guaranteeing efficient access to Berlin, and the S8 road, allowing rapid transfer of products to the Czech Republic.
