The concluded agreements include: 7195 sqm for a pharmaceutics company; 2300 sqm for Emako, an online retailer of kitchen, bathroom, tourist and garden accessories and interior furnishing components; and 1890 sqm for a logistics operator.

In addition to the installation of a system for the precise control of temperature and humidity levels, we have secured the gates and docks so as to prevent the air from getting through. To this end, we have set up receipt and delivery chambers, which serve as a buffer for the interior of the warehouse,” says Ewa Zawadzka, Vice President and Prologis’ Head of Land and Development in Poland.
