The Kraków SEZ ends the year with 20 new permits

The Kraków Technology Park company, the administrator of the Kraków Special Economic Zone, has announced that it has issued 20 new business permits at the end of 2017.

The investment outlays declared by companies in 2017 will amount to over PLN 566 million. Towards the end of last year, three last permits of 2017 were granted there.

One of the permits was issued in the Jędrzejów subzone, which has been operating since 2016. Apco, a manufacturer of aluminum profiles will invest PLN 80 million there. A new investment by the window restoration company Oknoram will involve PLN 3.5 million. In Tarnów, Dortech II will produce innovative basalt fiber bars, to which end it will invest a minimum of PLN 2.2 million in machinery and equipment.

A total of over 250 permits has been issued in the Kraków zone since its conception. According to the data for the first half of the year, the total sum of capital expenditures declared by the investors is PLN 4.6 billion.
