Well-known e-commerce will move into GLP Wrocław

The fashion giant's distribution centre will start operating in mid-2023, with goods coming from it to customers in Central and Eastern Europe.

The tenant decided to lease space at GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre because of its long-standing cooperation with GLP based on professionalism and trust. The chosen location will allow for the efficient supply of the markets: Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany.

The location of GLP Wrocław V ensures quick and easy transport thanks to the nearby S8 road, which leads to the A4 and A8 motorways and the S3 and S5 expressways.

The intention for the GLP Wrocław facility is to build as much as 240,000 m2, at a height of 12m, in accordance with the principles of BREEAM certification at the 'Very Good' level.  A number of solutions will be introduced as part of the cost-saving measures, such as the DALI lighting system, preparation of roofs for the installation of photovoltaic panels, or smart metering to control electricity, water and gas consumption.
