ZING locates its new distribution centre near Warsaw

A distribution centre for ZING – the biggest Polish distributor of paper – has been launched next to the Konotopa Junction at Jawczyce (municipality - Ożarów Mazowiecki). The company has signed a lease agreement for 14,000 sq m in Panattoni Park Warszawa – Konotopa. Experts from JLL advised ZING during the processes of selecting the location and negotiation of lease terms.

Michał Tenerowicz, Marketing Manager, ZING, comments: “We are constantly enhancing our offer and broadening our client base. At the same time, we wish to provide services of the highest quality and this requires maintaining an efficient distribution process as well as expanding our warehouse space. The new logistics centre is conveniently located and its close proximity to Konotopa Junction will allow for speedy deliveries to our clients throughout Poland. Its vicinity to Warsaw is undoubtedly another advantage and was of great importance when making our decision to select Panattoni’s scheme. Nevertheless, the key factor for the decision was being able to nearly double our warehouse space when compared to our previous location.”

Paulina Dziubińska, Senior Consultant, Industrial Department at JLL, adds: “We are delighted with the possibility to provide complex support for ZING, another industry leader, during the processes of selecting a new location and establishing co-operation with the scheme’s developer. For our clients, we offer a wide range of services and support throughout the entire process of acquiring new industrial locations.”

Panattoni Park Warszawa-Konotopa is another investment developed by Panattoni Europe. It comprises two modern warehouses with space totaling approx. 47,000 sq m. The objects were developed on the outskirts of Warsaw, just next to Konotopa Junction linking the A2 motorway and S8 express road, and close to Mory Junction linking S2 and S8 express roads.

Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director, Panattoni Europe, says: “We are glad that Panattoni Europe can take part in this landmark moment for development of ZING”. He also underlines the investment’s advantages: “Panattoni Park Warszawa – Konotopa is optimally adjusted to the warehouse requirements of clients from different industries. Therefore, we are sure that ZING will be able to efficiently support both Polish and international markets.”
