The property is located in Brójce commune, in the neighbourhood of A1 highway junction (Łódź Górna junction), directly at the voivodeship road No. 714. Land uses in this area are mainly agricultural and undeveloped, however along the roads there are located small single-family houses.
Technical infrastructure:
Technical conditions were already obtained for water (8 l/s), gas (maximum hourly offtake of gas fuel - 275 m³/h) and electrical energy (8 MW and 1,5 MW). Projected crossing of local road and voivodeship road No. 714 is going to be in a form of roundabout.
