Adjacent properties are mainly agricultural lands as well as warehouses of Castorama, Lidl and DPD which are located in the closest neighbourhood. Castorama warehouse is the latest investment delivered in this location, commissioned in December 2017.
Access and technical infrastructure:
In terms of access to the property, master plan determinates local road which is planned to be built for the purpose of the new investment. The road is going to be 15 m wide and perpendicular to existing national road No. 71. Project of local road and its crossing with national road was agreed by Stryków commune and GDDKiA (General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways). Moreover, road agreement on building road system is already signed. Regarding to existing Castorama warehouse, all necessary utilities for warehouse investment have been brought to this location.
The property is encompassed by masterplan, the most important indicators are as follows:
