Lublin is the largest city east of Poland, often referred to as 'the bridge between the east and the west'. According to local development strategy, by 2020 the capital of Lubelszczyzna will seek to attract investments from automotive, logistics and production sectors. Potential investors can take to strategic location, competitive labor and business operations cost, access to skilled workforce and grants and incentives, offered by Lublin Special Economic Zone. Along with 120 ha of investment land to choose from, investors can be entitled to 50-70% income tax exemption.
Such development prospects are likely to generate demand for new warehouse facilities for rent or BTS investments (facilities constructed in line with the occupier's individual requirements).
