The first warehouse has a total of ​​24 408 sq. m, equipped with a modern fire protection system in the form of sprinklers and smoke dampers. The facility was built in "crossdock" which means that the docks are positioned parallel to each other, on both sides of the hall, due to which, the time to reload the goods is reduced to minimum. The total area of ​​the second warehouse is 45 000 sq. m. Similarly to Building 1, the warehouse has the necessary fire protection (smoke dampers and sprinklers). Building 3 of CLIP logistics center has a total area of ​​over 28 000 sq. m. The fire protection system consists of smoke dampers and sprinklers. In addition, the warehouse has a CCTV monitoring system. The access to the railway siding as well as the ability to customize the facilities specifically to the needs of tenants ("build-to-suit") are major advantages of CLIP logistics center.
