The Pomeranian Logistics Centre is a new development project located on a 110 ha site adjacent to the Deepwater Container Terminal Gdanskr. The site is located in Tri-City (Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot). The project is a multimodal logistics hub, combining international rail, road and see transportation routes linking Poland with all major European cities. The logistics centeu is at only 9 km from Gdańsk city center and 23 km from the Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa International Airport. Furthermore, the site is easily accessible through the S6 ring road and the A1 motorway connecting Gdańsk with Katowice.

C&C Partners to initiate new investment in Rawicz


Rawicz, 14 June 2022 – International company, TKH Group N.V., represented by its newly established company EEP LCC, has purchased an investment site of approximately eight hectares in Sieraków in the Rawicz municipality.
