The distribution centre Logicor Będzin consists of two built-to-suit (BTS) facilities totaling 45 780 square metres and an inventory of 8 770 sq m building. This facility is located in the southern part of Poland, just 30 km from the International Airport Pyrzowice and 13 km from Katowice. Logicor Będzin has an easy access to the A4 highway- part of E40, the longest European east-west route.

Distribution Park Bedzin is a modern logistics center, established as one of the first in Upper Silesia. "Crossdock" warehouses

The distribution can be carried out easily and efficiently owing to the loading platforms and entry ramps. There is also a designated parking space in the given area. Moreover, the rooms have the temperature control. The warehouses DC 1 and DC 2 were built in "crossdock" which means that the docks are parallel to each other, positioned on both sides of the hall. Logicor Będzin warehouse space is intended primarily for entrepreneurs specializing in light production.
