Grodzisk Logistics Centre is a new industrial investment located in Tłuste town (Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune). This project will eventually consist of 52 900 sq. m of warehouse space for rent near Warsaw (about 34 km form the city center). It’s situated in close vicinity to the A2 motorway and directly to the A2 motorway junction ‘Tłuste’. These warehouses for rent near Warsaw will be developed on a 12,3 ha site.

Rawicz, 14 June 2022 – International company, TKH Group N.V., represented by its newly established company EEP LCC, has purchased an investment site of approximately eight hectares in Sieraków in the Rawicz municipality.
