Logicor Wrocław IV is a modern logistics center, constructed as built-to-suit project and let to one tenant. Warehouses are located in the northern part of Wrocław, close to an existing factory. Phase two of this development was delivered in 2009 and no further expansion of this logistics platform is planned.

Rawicz, 14 June 2022 – International company, TKH Group N.V., represented by its newly established company EEP LCC, has purchased an investment site of approximately eight hectares in Sieraków in the Rawicz municipality.
