The property is located in Nowa Sól, lubuskie voivodeship, complex just 4km away from the S3 expressway, which connects all of the most important agglomerations in the west of Poland. The distance to German border is just 90 km. The whole property consists of three production buildings - the total space is 12,950 m2 on a site of 2,5 ha. There area also additional 5 ha of land available for potential expansion. Most of the buildings were constructed in 1981, the elevation and the roof have been renewed in 2010 and the skylights have been applied. The whole property and the infrastructure are in good technical condition. The property has two water sources. In the central part of the site there is local water intake with hydrophore which provide water for the facilities. The property has also access to public water line. The maximum power capacity for the property is 2 MW. There is a gas connection, which is used for heating purposes.
