The property of the total land area 6,85 ha (3,82 ha of built-up industrial area and 3,03 ha of undeveloped agricultural area) comprises of a several production, warehouse and technical buildings with an office and social space, internal roads, truck cords and parkings.

Rawicz, 14 June 2022 – International company, TKH Group N.V., represented by its newly established company EEP LCC, has purchased an investment site of approximately eight hectares in Sieraków in the Rawicz municipality.
